How can I verify ownership?

Use our tax search. Our records contain the most recent tax information. Current ownership changes are not displayed. We encourage you to visit the Seminole County Property Appraiser website.

Will I get the discount if the discount period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or a legal holiday?

If the discount period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the discount period will be extended until the next business day if payment is made to a collection agency designated by the Biller. For payments sent by mail for the current fiscal year, the postmark determines the discount period.

Can I make a partial payment on my taxes if I’m not on installments?

No, taxes must be paid in full by March 31st. However, you can enroll in an installment payment plan for next year’s taxes before April 30th.
